POLICE OFFICER MAKES A U-TURN

This case involved a client who was a passenger in a motor vehicle struck by a motor vehicle operated by a police officer.  The police officer made a U-turn striking our client's vehicle.  Our client suffered two (2) cervical herniations and a ligament tear in her right shoulder.  Our client underwent surgery to her shoulder and neck.
