WORKER SLIPS AND FALLS ON APARTMENT DRIVEWAY

This case involved a sanitation worker who fell on a driveway located at an apartment complex.  Grease and oil stains were located on the driveway as a result of motor vehicles driving in and out the apartment complex which, when wet, made the driveway slippery. Our client suffered a torn rotator cuff injury to his shoulder which required surgery.
